Maintenance payments may be made directly from your bank account to the 1170 Apartment Corp. account at Capital One Bank, if your bank offers “Bank by Phone” such as “Check Free,” Electronic Transfers or ACH Payments: 

You should contact your bank and let them know that payments must be made payable to: 

“1170 APARTMENT CORP.”
And remit to: P.O. BOX 11391
NEWARK, NJ 07101 

Payment must include your apartment 8-digit account number, found on your monthly maintenance statement. 

PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST of EACH MONTH 

Payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a late charge. 

Payments on a quarterly basis are acceptable.
