| The Linwood Park community
is less than one mile from the George Washington
Bridge. Interstates 80 and 95, the palisades
Interstate Parkway, and New Jersey Routes 4, 46, and
9W are nearby roadways. These highways provide easy
access to Manhattan, New York State, Connecticut,
Pennsylvania, and the rest of New Jersey.
During peak travel hours an express bus provides
service between Linwood Park and New York City's two
Port Authority bus terminals at 178th Street and 40th
Street. Local bus service is also available to
Manhattan and the major shopping malls in Hackensack
and Paramus. New Jersey Transit information is
available at 1-800-772-2222 or 201-762-5100. A transit
bus from the Port Authority 178th Street terminal
provides cross town service to Manhattan's East Side.
Buses are available from Linwood Park to the New York
Waterways Ferry at Weehawken providing service to
midtown Manhattan.
New York City's IND subway line may be found on the
Manhattan side of the George Washington Bridge. Local
book shops can provide City Subway maps.
Newark Airport is a thirty minute drive south on
the New Jersey Turnpike. Teterboro Airport is a
fifteen minute drive west on Route 46. LaGuardia and
Kennedy Airports are less than an hour's drive. Local
taxi service is provided in Fort Lee by Babe's Yellow
Cab (201-944-6800), Fort Lee Cab Company
(201-947-2224) and A-1 Taxi and Airport Service
(201-944-3737). A Senior Citizen Jitney operated by
the Fort Lee Parking Authority provides service to the
Bergen County shopping malls. |

| The Linwood Shopping
Center on Route 9W adjoins Linwood Park. In addition
to a 24 hour, seven-day pharmacy, there are a wide
variety of stores, services and a supermarket. Shops
in Fort Lee and neighboring towns cater to every need
and price level. The shopping malls of Hackensack and
Paramus and the outlet centers in Secaucus are all
within ten miles. Nearby stores include
Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom's, Neiman-Marcus, Saks,
Loehman's, Macy's and virtually every major chain. |

| Bergen County boasts many
opportunities for recreation including public and
private golf courses, health clubs, parks, and nature
sanctuaries. Flat Rock Brook nature Sanctuary is
within walking distance. Fort Lee Historic Park is on
Hudson Terrace immediately south of the George
Washington Bridge. Overpeck Park has a horseback
riding center and an 18 hole golf course. The Bergen
County Park System includes four public golf courses;
there are several other privately owned public use
courses within a short drive. The Greenbrook Nature
Sanctuary is within three miles. There are walking
trails in nearby Palisades Interstate Park and other
opportunities for biking, walking and boating in the
immediate area.
Constitution Park is on Linwood Avenue between
Lewis and Main Streets. The Fort Lee Recreational
Center is on Stillwell Avenue. Westview Park, a
toddlers' playground and wading pool, is two blocks
north of Linwood Park. The Fort Lee Public Library
conducts many film and art programs throughout the

The Bergen County area offers many opportunities
for enjoying the performing arts. Fort Lee Historic
Park features musical events of all kinds. The Bergen
Performing Arts Center in Englewood offers many
musical and dramatic events featuring many popular
artists. Several community theater groups, including
the American Stage Theater, are within five miles. The
Meadowlands Sports Complex is a short drive south on
the New Jersey Turnpike's Western Spur. The Complex
features nightly harness racing and is home to the
professional Giants and Jets football teams, the
Jersey Devils hockey team, and the Nets basketball
team. Yankee Stadium in the Bronx is a short drive
across the George Washington Bridge.
All of Linwood's apartments are pre-wired for cable
