Dear Shareholders:
Over the past few months several shareholders have asked the Board of Directors to put in place a process by which they can pay their maintenance through a direct payment plan.
This process is in place.
Direct payments from your bank account to NORTH FORK BANK can be made if your bank offers a “BANK BY PHONE” program such as “CHECK FREE” OR through ON LINE payments similar to paying a credit card bill.
To do this you should contact your bank and give then our address (see below) and your EIGHT DIGIT LINWOOD PARK account number.

Payment is due on the first of each month
Payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a late charge.
Payments on a quarterly basis are acceptable.
North Fork Bank CANNOT handle electronic transfers or ACH payments.
