Instructions for Advertising
on the
Linwood Park website |

| All requests to post ads on the Linwood Park website for the private sale of apartments at Linwood Park must be submitted to Geri Powder c/o 1170 Apartment Corp. Management Office on the Official application forms
(see download links above) published on the Linwood Park website (www.LinwoodPark.com). |

| The application must be signed by the Shareholder(s) and contain the proposed text of the ad, the Shareholder(s) name(s), address, home and work telephone numbers and e-mail address. |
| |
| Each ad shall be limited to 5 lines or 50
words. The cost of a print only ad is
$50 for 3 months.
Photographs (preferably digital) are optional and
limited to 3. The cost of a print ad with photographs is $75 for 3 months. Checks are payable to: 1170 Apartment Corp. |

| Any ad edited by 1170 Apartment Corp. must be approved in writing by the Shareholder(s) prior to posting. |

| Applications must be received by the 20th of each month. Advertising begins on the 1st of each month. (Application received on June 19, will be posted on web July 1). |

If your apartment sells before your 3 months expiration date or you choose to no longer advertise on the website - it is your responsibility to inform 1170 Apartment Corp. If you do not notify 1170 Apartment Corp., an additional 3 months will be charged to your maintenance statement. |
