We are a peaceful and tranquil cooperative apartment community located on a quiet 35 acres in the north side of Fort Lee, NJ.

 

There are 26 – 5 story brick buildings, and 1170 units of studios, one and two bedroom cooperative apartments that compliment Linwood Park. Our streets are shaded with beautiful mature trees and our walks are beautifully landscaped - therefore Linwood “Park”.

 

We are famous for our low maintenance making our apartments affordable and convenient. HMart, Starbucks, CVS, Linwood Wine, Fed-X and many other stores are around the corner from Linwood. A longer walk will take you to Main Street, Hudson Lights the newest shopping and dining addition to Fort Lee as well as the iPic theatres.

 

Linwood offers a unique mix of privacy and accessibility to the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. Bus stops to midtown Manhattan are at your doorstep; you can drive or literally walk to upper Manhattan from Linwood over the George Washington Bridge.

 

We are located conveniently at the origin of New Jersey’s highway network, yet we remain a private and serene community. Our inner roadway is a jogger’s paradise around our streets named Edwin Avenue, Linwood Drive, Fairview Avenue and Park Place.

 

Our 35 acres of trees shelter us from noise and traffic of local highways. We are a true community of interested and involved shareholders who elect a Board of Directors to hear our voices and protect our interests.
